Ebenezer Botwe

Ebenezer K Botwe has an MA in Marketing Strategy and BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana Legon. Computer literate in Basic software applications, with excellent inter-personal presentational skills and a good communicator. Have certificates in Financial Literacy and Financial Planning. Interested and experience in Education, Entrepreneurship, customer services, and satisfaction. His career in training started in Nigeria, where he was involved in training people in leadership for a missionary organization. He has since been a trainer in a multinational resource center in Ghana, training people to shape and determine their career paths and others to achieve self-sufficiency and self-employment. He helped to develop resources which currently used to help communities in this direction. Around Ghana, he developed a curriculum and trained 230 WATSAN committees, spanning three regions of Ghana under a contract with the non- governmental organization in the United States. He is currently the Managing Director of an Educational Consultancy, Brain Development Institute Ltd. The institute has training modules to help schools and individuals. His institute's main course is the Memory Master Course (MMC). The course help students to improve their learning and studying skills. The course includes modules to improve; • Attention, • Memory/recall, • Rapid Math, • Rapid reading, • Cognitive skills, • Examination Preparation and • Effective online studies for students 8years and above.

Last week Sunday, there was a program at Church she did not know about, we got to church she was asked to introduce the chairman for the occasion and was handed a script about the person to be introduced. Within an hour she had memorized the script and could say it without looking on the sheet. She did it very well in front of the congregation, and later confided in me that she used her Memory MC techniques. I am very much impressed about the program.

The Brain Development Institute in collaboration with Globen initiated a brain building programme in the school at the beginning of term three of the 2011/2012 year. The programme is to help our pupils to recall ideas or facts and think logically and promptly. Just a term into the programme, ripples of its benefits are unveiling. This last term's promotional examination has shown marked improvement in grade four to six and a slight improvement in students' performance in the JHS department. It has been a worthwhile project in the school.
